for the development of 1. The construction of a part storey and a half, part single storey extension to the side and rear of existing Storey and a Half Child Resource Centre Building to provide a Toddler Room, Wobbler Room, Sensory Room, additional w.c’s, nappy changing room, sleep room and storage area on the ground floor and a Pre-School/After-School Room and w.c.’s on first floor; 2. Internal alterations to existing building to provide managers office, kitchen and staff room and 3. Provision of outdoor children’s play area with associated secure boundary fencing and crash barrier together with all ancillary site development works
