Permission is further sought various alterations including (1) Demolition of a section of party wall between no. 13 & no. 14 MacCurtain Street to provide access between the two buildings at basement and ground floor levels. (2) Removal and relocation of existing stairs between basement and ground floor at no. 14 MacCurtain Street. (3) Removal of toilet facilities on first floor of no. 13 and relocation to basement of no. 14. (4) New external signage, lighting and canopy to the front elevation of no. 14 and all associated works.
