Permission for carpark extension and alterations at Charleville Train Station in Rathmorgan, Charleville, Co.Cork. To include the following; revisions to existing car parking layout at the North end with provision of a new bus set down area, pedestrian shelter, covered bicycle stand and relocation of ticket machine, extension of car parking to the South, additional public lighting, blockwork walls/palisade fencing, relocation of weighbridge and revisions/provisions of vehicular access gates within the site. The proposed development works will involve the demolition of an industrial structure (390m.sq) attached to Protected Building REF RPS 01033 to facilitate the development, and demolition of a second industrial detached structure (161m.sq) to the south of the site and all associated site works. Material alterations and maintenance will be required to the protected structure as part of the demolition of the attached structure and repair to the building.
