The proposed two-storey development comprises 2 no. 2 bedroom townhouse units; 36 no. 3 bedroom units, provided in 4 no. townhouses and 32 no. semi-detached houses; 4 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, landscaping, public open space, boundary treatments and all ancillary site development works. The development represents Phase 2 of a Masterplan for the proposed development on these lands. Access to the proposed development will be provided via a roundabout, estates road vehicular, pedestrian and cycle infrastructure provided for under Cork County Council Planning Ref. 25/6512. Ancillary infrastructure development works will include wastewater infrastructure, surface water drainage, water utility services, (all connecting with infrastructure provided for under Cork County Council Planning Ref. 25/6512), public lighting, bin stores, bicycle stores and all associated site development works.
