The existing rear structures at garden and entrance level date from the 1950s and are confirmed to be of poor structural condition and low-quality construction by an independent Building Survey. It is proposed to demolish these structures and rebuild: a garden level rear extension of 20.6 m², and an entrance level rear extension of 14.5 m² – combined new floor area 35.1 m². A declaration is sought as to whether the above constitutes exempted development.
