The accommodation will comprise: • an open-plan kitchen, living and sleeping area: • a bathroom incorporating shower, WC and wash-hand basin; • laundry facilities; • built-in storage and wardrobe accommodation; and • associated residential fixtures and fittings. The works will include the upgrading of the existing structure as necessary to provide suitable residential accommodation, including insulation, upgraded flat roof and internal finishes together with the necessary electrical, plumbing, drainage, heating and ventilation works. The proposed works will be contained within the existing footprint and envelope of the garage.
