There are no protected structures included as part of the development. The proposed development relates solely to the alteration of the existing boundary/vehicular entrance arrangement and associated works. The relocation of the pillar has not resulted in any alteration to the estate road or existing footpath immediately adjoining the front boundary. No changes have been made to the existing appearance, materials, finish or aesthetic character of the boundary wall, other than the relocation of the existing driveway pillar.
