The works will include the conversion of the existing, attached garage space into a habitable room. The works are to be carried out in conjunction with all associated and necessary internal alterations, modifications and external site works, inclusive of the widening of the existing vehicular entrance gate from 2500mm to 3000mm in order to facilitate safer access to the driveway for off-street parking.
