The development is to comprise the demolition of the existing boundary walls to the street and all shed structures on site and the construction of a mixed development comprising 11 no. apartments over a café/restaurant fronting Cromwell's Quarters at upper ground floor level, and service and storage areas, including for bikes and bins, and a small coffee shop fronting Bow Lane West at lower ground floor level. The apartments are to consist of six. no. one-bedroom units, four no. two-bedroom units and one duplex three-bedroom unit. The proposed development is to be seven-storeys to Bow Lane West and, in part, eight-storeys to the rising ground at Cromwell's Quarters and it includes areas of balcony and roof terrace.
