Development Description
Alterations to development previously approved under Reg. Ref. 3369/24 comprising: (i) omission of 1 no. two bedroom terraced unit (House Type C) and relocation of the remaining 2 no. House Type C units, which adjoin No. 11 Old County Glen, southwards with these units now becoming semi-detached units; (ii) omission of 1 no. vehicular parking space and provision of 2 no. vehicular parking spaces; (iii) relocation of rear boundary wall serving 1 no. two-bedroom semi-detached units (House Type E); (iv) relocation of bin store serving House Types C; (v) removal of 1 no. tree previously proposed for retention and retention of 3 no. trees previously proposed for removal; and, (vi) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development. The revised residential development will now accommodate a total of 18 no. two-storey dwellings.
