for alterations to the development previously permitted under Pl Ref. 2460991 at the site of the existing transfer station facility; (i) the replacement of the single vehicle entrance door permitted for the eastern elevation of the transfer station building extension with two vehicle entrance doors, (ii) the partial removal of the existing wall separating the existing and permitted building areas, and (iii) repositioning of the permitted personnel access doors. Construction of the eastern elevation of the permitted development (GCC ref 2460991) will not commence until such a time as a grant of planning for the proposed development is received. The development comprises an activity subject to an existing Waste Licence (EPA reference no. W0148). Gross floor space of proposed works: 1,038 sqm
