Development Description
The development consists of (a) permission to modify the previously granted planning permission registered under planning registration number 23/935 as follows, (b) permission to relocate the proposed dwelling house and domestic garage further north within the existing site to create a larger parking area, (c) permission to lower the finished floor level of the proposed dwelling house and domestic garage, (d) permission to reduce the size and change the design of the proposed domestic garage and covered link, (e) permission to make design changes to the elevations of the proposed dwelling house, (f) permission to relocate the pumping station, (g) permission to erect an 8 meter long privacy fence on the western boundary and (h) permission for all site works to facilitate the proposed development.
