Development Description
a town park along with a new vehicular access off the R403 via a new roundabout junction, provision of a new traffic calming gateway along the R403 and a new 3m public footpath/cycle lane and lighting along the R403 to connect into the existing public footpath network in the town. The park will consist of: Footpaths/cycle lanes, Soft and hard landscaping, including new woodland planting and grass amphitheater, 3 no. constructed wetlands (including viewing platforms), Car and cycle parking, with new access road to same and pedestrian bridge access to the park, All associated site works including relocation of spoil material from the creation of the constructed wetlands onto agricultural lands at lands
