The replacement boundary treatment will comprise a c. 2.5m high wall and railings boundary treatment comprising a c. 1m high wall with piers of c. 2.5m height at c. 3m gaps. The wall and piers will be finished with self-coloured render and will be topped with reconstituted stone capping. Proposed between the piers are painted mild steel railings with bow framing. And all associated works. The application relates to a site which comprises an activity requiring an industrial emissions licence
