The development is to include all associated site development works. The following has already been granted under the parent permission noted above: a) The demolition of an existing single storey shed with a floor area of 50m²; b) The provision of a new wastewater treatment plant and associated percolation area to serve the new dwelling; and c) Site access being provided off the existing entrance serving the parental home
