a 10-year planning permission and a 35-year operational life for an energy storage facility comprising (i) energy storage containers installed on concrete plinth foundations; (ii) electrical transformers; (iii) underground electrical and communications cabling; (iv) provision of a new access point from the R432; (v) on-site access track; (vi) security fencing and security gates; (vii) pole-mounted security cameras; (viii) ancillary electrical equipment and storage containers including a staging area; and, (ix) all associated and ancillary site development, drainage, landscaping and reinstatement works. This planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.
