(a) the construction of a new concrete terraced area to replace an existing earth embankment to the western side of the main playing pitch and (b) the construction of a new 50m x 30m synthetic training pitch to the eastern side of the main playing pitch (c) the erection of 2.4m high fencing with double gates and a single gate surrounding the synthetic training pitch and (d) the erection of new flood lighting to the synthetic training pitch in the form of 6 No. 12m high lighting poles
