Development Description
1. Demolition of existing unoccupied industrial buildings and associated site works, along with site clearance. 2. Construction of new light industrial warehousing building to include ancillary offices, staff area and circulation space. 3. Access provision with new entrance and exit arrangements, off N69 & R510. 4. The development also includes infrastructural works to accommodate development to include: footpaths, parking, public lighting, signage, solar panels to roof, landscaping, internal fencing, electric car charging points, storm water runoff petrol interceptors and attenuation system, connection to public foul sewer & drainage, and underground storage tanks for fire-fighting purposes. 5. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
