The proposed amendments to the LRD relate solely to Ardhu House and Ardhu Bar as follows; 1) Construction of a new single storey extension to the existing Ardhu Bar to accommodate toilets and cold room within the existing courtyard of the Ardhu Bar. 2) Modifications to the existing Ardhu Bar layout by removal of ground floor toilet, removal of hall enclosure to reinstate the archway access to the courtyard. Replace the first-floor open plan bar area with the construction of accommodation stairs, ancillary office and staff rooms. 3) Reduction to the footprint and modifications to the roof of the existing courtyard canopy to the Ardhu Bar. 4) Demolition of first floor link, currently providing the toilet accommodation, from Ardhu Bar to Ardhu House with associated modifications to the roof of the Ardhu Bar, construction of a slated hipped roof over the ground floor stone outbuildings, an increase in the height of walls of the existing fire escape stairwell annexed to Ardhu House and construction of new hipped roof overhead of the existing fire escape stairwell. 5) All associated site works above and below ground. 6) The resulting floor area of the Ardhu Bar licenced premises shall be 290m². Ardhu House is a Protected Structure, RPS Reg. No. 3281
