the removal of existing prefabs and the construction of a 3-storey office block extension and associated site works to serve the existing Cancer Care building at the University Hospital Limerick, St. Nessan’s Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick, V94F858. The application includes the retention of 6 existing parking spaces. The Hospital Chapel within the Hospital Campus is a Protected Structure (RPS. Reg. 1649). No works are proposed to the Protected Structure as part of this application
