Development Description
The proposed development consists of the continued use of the following facilities and infrastructure, all within the previously permitted processing area (Plan File Ref. No. P04/1684: ABP PL 16.210431 and P22/766) and an application area of 7.7 hectares: administration building (110 m²); workshop (460 m²); filter press building (288 m²); electricity substation (14 m²); wheelwash; weighbridge; fixed processing plant, access ramps and stockpile storage area; existing site access arrangements; run-off treatment system; quarry haul road. Planning permission is sought to continue the use of these facilities and infrastructure for a further 30-year period i.e. until 2055.
