The amendments will include rearranging the internal office space to allow for a ground, first and second floor between gridlines A1 – A6. It includes a new two-level storage mezzanine constructed in steel and concrete. The storage mezzanine will include a new steel escape stairs and exit. At gridlines C1 – C2 and D1 – D2 the extent of offices has been reduced at ground floor level and a level of offices added at second floor. External alterations include the removal of the external metal canopy to the rear. It includes modifications to glazing and architectural cladding panels reflecting the new office layout. These alterations are on the South and West elevations. All of the above will include other minor changes to plans and elevation to accommodate the main changes.
