planning permission is sought for development consisting of the change of use of an existing garage to a self-contained ground floor apartment with an office in the attic space, to be used in conjunction with the disability service operating within the existing dwelling on site. This contravening a previous planning condition number 99/1249, condition number 17 of which stated that “the proposed garage shall be used for domestic purposes only ancillary to the enjoyment of the house”. The development will also include elevational alterations to the garage, including revised fenestration arrangement. Permission is also sought for the decommissioning of the existing sewage treatment system and its replacement with a new proprietary sewage treatment system and percolation area
