Permission for development that will consist of the construction of 1) a new 2-storey storage building extension to the north elevation of the existing Fill Finish Line Warehouse Building which comprises the construction of circa 312m² area with a maximum height of circa 9.00m to accommodate a new cold and freezer room development, associated plant room areas and external steel staircase for roof access, 2) the construction of an independent one-storey quiet space building to the north-east side of the existing Fill Finish Line Warehouse Building which comprises the construction of circa 14.25m² area with a maximum height of circa 3.00m, and 3) all associated site works, including the modifications to existing underground services at the Alexion manufacturing facility at Monksland, Co. Roscommon, N37 DH79.
