1. Convert covered car port into habitable accommodation 2. Demolish and replace central block ‘A’ gable roof with an increased ridge height of 0.55m 3. Demolish existing chimney structure to rear elevation. 4. Form a single storey flat roof along rear elevation of the central block 5. Form new storey & half height window to front elevation & glazed front entrance porch 6. Demolish and replace 2nr link corridors to connect the existing dwelling blocks. 7. Form 3nr roof windows on front elevation. 8. Construct a single storey extension onto the existing eastern gable of the central block to accommodate 2nr bedrooms and a corridor space. 9. Internal reconfiguration works which will include alterations to fenestrations on all elevations & 10. All associated site development works deemed necessary.
