Block B is a 4 storey apartment block incorporating a total of 24no. apartment units comprised of 4no. 1-bed apartment and 20 No. 2 bedroom apartment units. Block C is a 4-5 storey apartment block incorporating a creche at ground floor level and a total 30 no. apartment units comprised of 4 no. 1-bed apartment units, 25no. 2-bed apartment units, and 1no. 3-bed apartment units. This application also seeks permission for 1no.
