Development Description
Rectification of a minor section of the site boundary and minor modifications to the site layout of previously approved development (Ref.: 2460334) at these lands. The proposed revisions include:• Relocation of Apartment Block Type 2 and Apartment Block Type 3 (comprising units X-01 to X-30), by approximately 4 m southwest (increasing separation from northern boundary)• Relocation of House Units 43 and 44 approximately 1 m west within the development. • Minor modifications to the surrounding parking areas for the apartment blocks, including the relocation of proposed bicycle shelters and bin compounds.• All associated landscaping and infrastructure works. No changes to the road layout and footpaths are proposed as part of this application. No changes to any other element of previously approved permission are proposed as part of this application. Additionally, permission for minor alterations to the front and side elevations of Apartment Block Type 2 and Apartment Block Type 3 (units X-01 to X-30).
