Development Description
(i) Demolition/removal of one existing prefab classroom; (ii) Construction of one new single-storey permanent classroom with user-assisted WC and circulation corridor as an extension to the existing permanent rear block of the school; (iii) minor extension and modifications to front block of the school to provide two special education teaching rooms; and (iv) associated site works. Total proposed new permanent floor area = 136sqm
