extension to the existing glazed atrium by 430 m² to accommodate additional plant display and seasonal planting, construct an extension of 905 m² adjoining north side of existing atrium to be used for additional houseplants, silk plant, dry and fresh flower display and outdoor furniture display and provision for demonstrations and training, construct a 325 m² retractable – roofed outdoor heavily planted seating and kids play area at east end of existing café area, construct a 376 m² timber clad pavilion for expansion of garden care, fertilizers, seeds and bulbs, retention permission for existing roofed area at west end of existing café and associated staff / back of house spaces and the change to originally permitted roof profile, retention permission for the 10 no display log cabins at north-west corner of the site, to demolish part of the old stores at stone administration building and to construct 135 m² admin/office extension to same, together with proposed new open yard area at north part of site, plus all associated site works, landscaping, underground services connections and extension to existing public car park at front part of site and the repositioning of existing lightweight canopy structures to make way for the proposed extensions, removal of existing storage building near existing house and sundry adjustments to existing site roads and landscape features
