Development Description

renovation of a single storey derelict structure formally a dwelling house, the partial demolition of the existing structure as well as demolition of the attached outbuildings to the north-east side and the porch on the south-east side. The development will also consist of amendments to the existing fenestration, repair works to the roof and external walls, the construction of single storey extensions, 6.6m2 to the south-west side and 84.82m2 to the north-east side of the structure, the installation of a wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter, a proposed vehicle entrance and gates off the public road, and all ancillary site works.
