development which will consist of the demolition of existing sheds to the North (rear) of the existing dwelling, the front porch to the South (front) elevation of the existing dwelling, the demolition and reconstruction of the East (side) section of existing dwelling. The proposed works include the construction of a two-storey extension to the North (rear) of the existing dwelling to provide new living areas and bedrooms, the decommissioning of existing treatment system and percolation area and installation of new wastewater treatment system and ecoflo coco filter and gravel distribution bed, upgrade of existing fenestration and all ancillary site works
