Permission for the following Large Scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising the construction of 176 no. apartment units (comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed units in 2 no. blocks ranging in height from 7 to 10 storeys over podium level), 1 no. creche, 1 no. gym, 1 no. retail/café unit and all associated ancillary development works including a new vehicular access, new pedestrian access, footpaths & cycle lanes, landscaping, amenity and open space areas, boundary treatments, bicycle and car parking, bin storage, public lighting and all other ancillary development at The Former Ford Distribution Site, fronting on to Centre Park Road, Ballintemple, Cork. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Natura Impact Statement have been submitted to the planning authority with the application. The Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Local Authority.
