The proposed development will consist of the change of use from ancillary offices to provide general offices on the ground and mezzanine floors and residential accommodation at first ad seconds floors, the construction of a rear extension at second floor incorporating the removal of a skylight and internal alterations; and a single storey extension at the second floor to provide a third floor, which together with the first and second floor will provide 5 no. apartments (4 no. 1-bed apartments and 1 no. 2-bed apartment), with associated winter gardens, balconies and bike store on the first floor, alterations to the windows and entrance door on the ground floor front elevation, alterations to the windows on the first and second floor front and rear elevations, extended roof area to the rear, the demolition and replacement of the existing passenger lift, ground floor bin store and all associated site development works.
