5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: c) During the course of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (iii) Comprehensive condition survey of all areas of the roof including all roof coverings; parapet coping stones, stability, gutter and central valley coverings/flashings; chimneys, pots; rooflights, hatches and other features, cross referenced to roof plan and photographs, and proposed works. Planning permission was granted for the full re-slating of all roofs (noted on front and rear elevation drawings and in the AHIA) in Planning Application Ref. No. 4014/20, with condition 8.b i All new roof slates to the outer slopes shall be blue Bangor slates.
