the development that will consist of the construction of a single-story SEN unit extension to the main school building to accommodate two general SEN classrooms, central activity space, offices, toilets, and storage facilities. Enclosed sensory gardens, a new plant room, and an extension to the existing gas compound are also proposed. Relocation of basketball court, additional car parking spaces and associated access road to the rear of the site and all other associated site works. The proposed development is in the curtilage of Protected Structures Donaghmore School (RPS No.1643) & Parochial House (RPS No.1642)
