The proposed development will also include the provision of private, communal, and public open spaces; internal roads and pathways; pedestrian and cyclist routes; hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments; waste storage; plant; a new vehicular and pedestrian access onto the Rathkeale Road; public lighting; all associated site development works; and all drainage, nature-based SuDS measures and foul sewer infrastructure and network works including connections to the existing networks at the Rathkeale Road and the construction of a temporary onsite waste water treatment plant.
