The nursing home will comprise: • 118 no. ensuite bedrooms, at ground, first and second floor level. • Ancillary facilities including lobbies, kitchen, laundry, café, hair salon, day rooms, living rooms, lounges, nurses’ station, offices, stores and staff rooms and communal open space. • Two signs on the proposed nursing home building measuring c.9.12 m². The Independent Living Units will comprise: • 8 no. single storey, two bedroom houses with associated private open space. • A communal garden. The overall development will also deliver. • 67 no. car parking spaces (including 4 EV charging space and 8 no. accessible spaces). 68 no. bicycle parking spaces. - All boundary treatments plant and bin stores, vehicle and pedestrian accesses, landscaping and associated site development works. It is noted that the relocation of the BMX Track is the subject of a separate application MCC Reg. Ref. 24/60558 currently before the Planning Authority
