The proposal to include minor alterations to elevations, revised fenestration to rear, new rooflights to rear, new ground floor bay window to side, new & revised gable windows, internal layout alterations, and external escape staircase from basement. The vehicular access is as previously permitted via the existing internal roads & entrances to killeen castle demesne. all within the overall site of approx. 255 ha (a protected structure)
