The development will consist of renovation and alteration works to the existing gate lodge and the provision of a redesigned single storey extension to the east and southeast, the construction of a redesigned domestic garage, the opening of a new second safer vehicular entrance and laneway (existing entrance to remain), the redefining of the red line site boundary, the decommissioning of the existing septic tank and the slight repositioning of the new wastewater treatment system and percolation area together with all associated site development works. All other aspects of the development to remain as already approved under application 22791
