The development will consist of the following: (1) Removal of a rear boiler house and the construction of wheelchair accessible toilet and lobby area (2) demolish section of side boundary wall and existing single storey lobby, (3) demolish western existing rear yard boundary wall (4) carry out amendments and alterations to part of adjacent two storey dwelling and change use of this area to public bar and toilets along with construction of single storey an extension to the two storey adjoining house, for use as fire escape and access to proposed works (5) all ancillary site works
