We, SPJ Foy Brothers Developments Limited. intend to apply for permission for a development at a site at Road, Rhode, Co. Offaly. The development will consist of: Construction 25 no. dwellings consisting of 8 no. 3-bed two-storey terrace type houses and 17 no. 2-bed two-storey terrace. Planning permission is also sought for 2 no. retail units, foul and surface water drainage works and all associated ancillary siteworks to facilitate this development including the upgrade of the existing agricultural entrance to a vehicular entrance and provision of access roadway, footpaths and public lighting.
