The development consists of application for retention permission of variations to existing as constructed 2 storey service station building with convenience shop, food court & drive thru, offices, staff facilities, canopy, fuel facilities, parking and circulation space, and access provision and site works and layout. Variations to development as constructed to include; Increased size two Storey service station building with forecourt canopy as constructed Provision of additional carparking spaces for both cars and trucks on revised layout Totem Signage on site Building Signage and on site signage Provision of Outdoor seating areas with canopies Provision of Drive thru facility First floor area of the building for the use for additional restaurant Seating area, office areas, staff Areas ,Toilet facilities and storage ancillary to the development.
