Development Description
a new Advanced Building Solution consisting of office and light industrial/production spaces. Permission is also sought for vehicular/pedestrian entrance, signage, new timber post-and-rail boundaries, car parking, cycle shelters, landscaping, gas skid, underground storage tank, independent ESB substation & switch room building, access road and all associated site works. The development has been subject of a Screening for Appropriate Assessment in accordance with Article 6(3) of the EU Habitats Directive (Directive 92/43/EEC) and the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended. The Screening for Appropriate Assessment will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the Planning Application
