to construct: 1) Two number blocks of two storey terraced houses consisting of 7 no. houses in total. “BLOCK A” will consist of 3 no. 3 bed houses and 1 no. 2 bed house. “BLOCK B” will consist of 3 no. 3 bed houses 2) Upgrade the existing entrance and roadway located to the side of “The Friary” restaurant as a means of accessing the development 3) Demolition of existing stone shed 4) All associated site works including but not limited to the provision of communal and private open spaces, site landscaping, boundary treatment and connections to the mains water supply, stormwater drainage and public sewage system
