Permission of the development will consist of renovation and extension of existing two-storey dwelling, including a zero energy retrofit (A1 BER Target), and the construction of an independent family flat. The works include external insulation, replacement of sills, gutters, downpipes, a new larger bay window, new cladding, a redesigned entrance canopy, a new sliding patio door at the rear, and a 10m2 rear extension. Internal ground floor alterations will create a self-contained unit opening to the side alley and a rooflight to the rear & all associated site works
