(1) Permission for retention for changes to the design of the dwelling house granted under Cork County Council Ref. No. 90/3755 including the following: (i) the use of dwelling house to include short-term letting ; (ii) amendments to the permitted dwelling to provide for a 2 storey dwelling house with 2 no. living areas, 3 no. kitchen/dining areas, 2 no. bedrooms with en-suites, a conservatory, a games room, a sauna, WC and storage areas at ground floor level; (iii) 9 no. bedrooms (3 with en-suites) and 4 WC's at first floor level; (iv) the provision of 1 no. laundry building with a laundry room, kitchen and WC at ground floor level and a bedroom and linen store at first floor level (v) 1 no. boiler house, and (2) Permission for the decommissioning of existing septic tank and the construction of a new wastewater treatment unit and all ancillary site development works
