Permission for alterations & extensions to an existing dwelling as follows 1) a single storey flat roof side extension, 2)a pitched roof front porch extension, 3) an upper floor bay window extension to the rear, 4) alterations to sizes & positions of existing external window, door & rooflight openings to the front, side & rear - including forming new openings & blocking up existing openings, 5) the addition of concrete barges to all existing pitched roofs, 6) the removal of chimney & 7) all other associated site works. Permission is further sought for retention of the following a) a first floor extension on the western side, b) roof lights to the front & rear, c) the entire tiled roof finish - originally proposed to be slate, d) the dashed render external wall finish - originally proposed to be brick & e) a detached domestic use shed
