Development Description
Permission for 1) the construction of 1 no. new hardstanding storage area and 24 no. open storage bays for the storage of construction materials and equipment, 2) new vehicular access point (including automatic barrier) from the internal roadway permitted under P.A ref no 22/6257, 3) Minor amendments to the road/footpath layout and car parking from that permitted under PA ref no. 22/6257, 4) amendments to the landscaping from that permitted under PA ref no. 22/6257, including new woodland planting at the north, northeast, west and south of the proposed storage yard, new swale at the east of same, along with new green area at the east of existing building and new boundary planting to the east and south of the permitted warehouse, 5) amendments to surface water network from that permitted under PA ref no. 22/6257, 6) All ancillary development including boundary treatments, public lighting, services and infrastructure, works to the adjacent public road and undergrounding of existing 38kV ESB electrical cables. Permission for Retention is also sought for amendments to the landscaping permitted under PA Ref no. 22/6257 namely a reconfiguration of the permitted kerb/landscaping layout to the south, east and north of the yard permitted under PA ref no. 22/6257, resulting in a minor increase in the hard standing area to the west of the warehouse building.
