Permission for Retention for :- 1) Demolition of single storey w.c extension to side and rear of existing dwelling. 2) Construction of single storey shower room extension to side and rear of existing dwelling house. 3) Alteration to front elevation treatment of existing dwelling house; namely change of an opening from a window to a door. 4) Construction of a single storey glazed porch extension to front of existing dwelling house. 5) Demolition of single storey double garage as previously approved Pl.Reg.No. 07/10189. 6) Construction of single storey detached single garage to rear of existing dwelling. 7) Installation of waste water treatment unit, install as previously approved Pl.Reg.No. 07/10189. 8) Widening of existing road entrance consisting of the demolition of existing of roadside pillars and gate and the construction of new recessed pillars and gates and new boundary wall.
