for an amendment to a permitted planning permission (Pl. Ref. 22147), in the townland of Raheen, Tuamgraney, Co. Clare. The proposed amendment includes: 1. An increase in the size of the previously permitted Waste Recovery building from a ridge height of 8.67m to 12.5 m and a footprint increase from 1,003.62 sq. m (31720mm x 31640mm) to 1,154.86 sq. m (36500mm x 31640mm); 2. The repositioning of the permitted vehicular access to the building from the north elevation to the east elevation and the increase to the clearance height to 10.8m; 3. All associated site development and site enabling works. The applicant holds a Waste Facility Permit (WFP-CE-08-0002.03) and Waste Collection Permit (NWCPO-10-05652.03)
